MILK PRODUCTS REGULATIONS, 1964.

I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 2 of the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 (No. 1 of 1961), hereby make the following regulations :

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Milk Products Regulations, 1964.

(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of March, 1964.

2. It is hereby declared that the substances specified in the Schedule to these Regulations shall be milk products for the purposes of the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 .

SCHEDULE.

Butter-oil (anhydrous), including any article containing not less than 99.3% of butterfat by weight and not more than 0.5% of water by weight.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations declare butter-oil to be a milk product for the purposes of the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 .
