COUNTY WEXFORD (DISPENSARY DISTRICTS) (NO. 2) ORDER, 1964.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of section 51 of the Health Act, 1953 (No. 26 of 1953) hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the County Wexford (Dispensary Districts) (No. 2) Order, 1964.

2. The division of County Wexford into dispensary districts shall be varied by the abolition of the Dispensary District of Enniscorthy, North and of the Dispensary District of Enniscorthy, South and the amalgamation of the areas heretofore comprising the said dispensary districts into one dispensary district to be known as Enniscorthy Dispensary District.

3. This Order shall come into operation on the 4th day of January, 1965.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to vary the division of County Wexford into dispensary districts by the amalgamation of the areas heretofore comprising the dispensary districts of Enniscorthy, North and Enniscorthy, South into one dispensary district to be known as Enniscorthy Dispensary District.
