Powers conferred by section 40(6) of Land Act, 1923, not excepted matters. |
27.—For the removal of doubt, it is hereby declared that the determination of the land to be inspected under subsection (6) of section 40 of the Land Act, 1923 , as amended by this Act, is not an excepted matter for the purposes of section 12 of the Land Act, 1950 ; provided that the Minister shall not authorise (pursuant to subsection (2) of section 12 of the Land Act, 1950 ) an officer to make such determination unless the officer is an officer of the Land Commission and not below the rank of Senior Inspector. |
