Definitions.

1.—In this Act—

“Aer Lingus” means Aer Lingus, Teoranta;
|
|
| |
“Aerlinte” means Aerlinte Eireann, Teoranta;
|
|
| |
“Aer Rianta” means Aer Rianta, Teoranta;
|
|
| |
“the air companies” means Aer Lingus, Aerlinte and Aer Rianta and “air company” shall be construed accordingly;
|
|
| |
“the Minister” means the Minister for Transport and Power.
