DUBLIN DENTAL HOSPITAL (ESTABLISHMENT) ORDER, 1963 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1966

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Sections 3 to 6 of the Health (Corporate Bodies) Act, 1961 , hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Dental Hospital (Establishment) Order, 1963 (Amendment) Order, 1966.

2. The Dublin Dental Hospital (Establishment) Order, 1963 ( S.I. No. 129 of 1963 ), is hereby amended by the addition of the following sub-article to article 4:—

" (1) to promote, carry out or to facilitate the promotion or carrying out in the Hospital of such dental research as the Board may approve, subject to such conditions as they may determine ".

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to enable the Dublin Dental Hospital Board to promote and carry out dental research.
