AIR NAVIGATION AND TRANSPORT ACT, 1965 (COMMENCEMENT OF SECTIONS 6 AND 19) ORDER, 1966.

I, ERSKINE H. CHILDERS, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 6 of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1965 (No. 6 of 1965), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1965 (Commencement of Sections 6 and 19) Order, 1966.

2. The 1st day of June, 1966, is hereby appointed as the day on which subsection (1) of section 6 and section 19 of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1965 (No. 6 of 1965), shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order appoints 1st June, 1966, as the day on which Sections 6 (1) and 19 of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1965 , come into operation.
