DISEASES OF ANIMALS ACT, 1966 (SECTION 27) (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1966.

I, CHARLES J. HAUGHEY, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (No. 6 of 1966), hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (Section 27) (Commencement) Order, 1966.

2. The 2nd day of September, 1966, is hereby appointed as the day on which section 27 of the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (No. 6 of 1966), shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to bring into operation section 27 of the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (No. 6 of 1966).
