Day in 1968 may be appointed election day in relation to Dublin District Milk Board. |
1.— Section 11 (2) of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 , shall be construed and have effect as: | |
(a) enabling the Minister to make, during the year 1968, an order appointing a day during that year to be an election day in relation to the Dublin District Milk Board, and | ||
(b) not requiring the Minister to make an order appointing a day during the year 1967 to be such an election day. |
