FOOT AND MOUTH DISEASE (RESTRICTION OF SPORTS AND SALES) ORDER (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1968.

I, NEIL T. BLANEY, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (No. 6 of 1966), hereby order as follows:—

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Foot and Mouth Disease (Restriction of Sports and Sales) Order (Revocation) Order, 1968.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 13th day of March, 1968.

2. The Foot and Mouth Disease (Restriction of Sports and Sales) (No. 2) Order, 1968 ( S.I. No. 37 of 1968 ), is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
