TRUSTEE SAVINGS BANKS REGULATIONS, 1968.

I, CHARLES J. HAUGHEY, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 (c) of the Trustee Savings Banks Act, 1965 (No. 11 of 1965), hereby make the following regulations :

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Trustee Savings Banks Regulations, 1968.

(2) These Regulations shall continue in force until the 30th day of April, 1971, and shall then expire.

2. The amount of twenty pounds is hereby prescribed as the other amount referred to in section 2 (c) of the Trustee Savings Banks Act, 1965 .

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations increase from £10 to £20 the amount which may be paid out of Deposits in a Trustee Savings Bank without reference to the ledger.
