MINISTER FOR FINANCE (AGENCY) ORDER, 1968.

WHEREAS Charles Haughey, Minister for Finance, is temporarily unable to discharge the duties of his office:

NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Finance (Agency) Order, 1968.

2. John Lynch, Taoiseach, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Finance during the period ending on the 30th day of November, 1968.
