Assistance by Board of certain design and planning services. |
3.—(1) The Board may assist quantity surveyors practising in the State in relation to the rendering of services to which section 3 (1) of the Export Promotion (Amendment) Act, 1969 , applies. | |
(2) The Board shall have all such powers as are necessary for the purposes of subsection (1) of this section. |
