Amendment of section 3 of International Development Association Act, 1960. |
1.— Section 3 (2) of the International Development Association Act, 1960 , is hereby amended by the insertion after paragraph (c) of the following paragraph: | |
“(cc) payments to the Association not exceeding in aggregate the equivalent in Irish currency of 4 million United States dollars of the weight and fineness in effect on the 1st day of January, 1960, in accordance with any arrangements made between the Government and the Association arising out of any Resolution of the Board of Governors of the Association on additional financial resources,”. |
