11.— Section 50 (b) of the Rent Restrictions Act, 1960 , is hereby amended— | |
(a) by the substitution of “£25” for “£10” in subparagraph (i), and | ||
(b) by the substitution of “£315” for “£53” in subparagraph (ii). |
