3.—The Seanad Electoral (University Members) Act, 1937 , is hereby amended by the substitution of “eighteen years” for “twenty-one years”— | |
(a) in subsections (1) and (2) of section 7 , and | ||
(b) in Rule 20 of the First Schedule. |
