9.—(1) Section 21 (1) of the Act of 1970, which provides for old age (care) allowance, is hereby amended by the substitution of “£4.95” for “£4.15” (inserted by the Act of 1974).
(2) This section shall come into operation on the 3rd day of April, 1975.
