1.—In this Act— | |
“the Minister” means the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries; | ||
“the Principal Act” means the Dairy Produce (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1973 ; | ||
“the Society” means An Bord Bainne Co-operative Limited. |
