Gas Act, 1976

PART I

Preliminary and General

Short title and commencement.

1.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Gas Act, 1976.

(2) This Act, other than this section and sections 2, 3, 6, 34, 35, 36 and 44, shall come into force on the establishment day.
