PATENTS ACT, 1964 (SECTION 93) (DECLARATION) ORDER, 1976. | ||
The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 93 (1) of the Patents Act, 1964 (No. 12 of 1964), and with a view to the fulfilment of an arrangement with the Government of India concerning the protection of inventions, hereby made the following order: 1. This Order may be cited as the Patents Act, 1964 (Section 93) (Declaration) Order, 1976. 2. It is hereby declared that India is a convention country for the purposes of the Patents Act, 1964 (No. 12 of 1964). | ||
