National Board For Science and Technology Act, 1977

Grants to Board.

16.—(1) Subject to subsection (2) of this section, there shall be paid to the Board out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas grants of such amounts as the Minister, with the consent of the Minister forFinance, approves to enable the Board—

(a) to meet its administrative and general expenses, and

(b) to discharge the liabilities incurred by the Board under this Act or otherwise.

(2) Any payment which the Board makes out of moneys received under this section shall be made in such manner and subject to such conditions as the Board thinks fit.
