Application of Act to Board. |
44.— Sections 8 (2), 8 (3), 12 , 14 , 18 , 19 , 20 , 21 , 22 , 23 and 24 of, and Rules 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18 and 19 of the Second Schedule to, this Act shall apply to the Board and for this purpose any reference in these sections and Rules to the Council shall be construed as a reference to the Board and any reference therein to the President or Vice-President of the Council shall be construed as a reference to the Chairman or Vice-Chairman of the Board, as the case may be. |
