AGRICULTURE (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) ORDER, 1978. | ||
The Government, at the request of the Minister for Agriculture and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Agriculture (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1978. 2. All the powers and duties of the Minister for Agriculture under the Acts specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby delegated to Thomas Hussey T.D., Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture. | ||
