ROAD TRAFFIC (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1978 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1978.

The Minister for the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4 of the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act, 1978 (No. 19 of 1978), hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act, 1978 (Commencement) Order, 1978.

2. The Road Traffic (Amendment) Act, 1978 , shall come into operation on the 20th day of July, 1978.
