CUSTOMS-FREE AIRPORT (EXTENSION OF LAWS) (No. 2) REGULATIONS, 1978.

I, PÁDRAIG FAULKNER, Minister for Tourism and Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 of the Customs-free Airport Act, 1947 (No. 5 of 1947) (as amended by section 11 of the Customs-free Airport (Amendment) Act, 1958 (No. 29 of 1958)) and the Transport, Fuel and Power (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 125 of 1959 ) and the Transport and Power (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 1977 ( S.I. No. 305 of 1977 ), with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs-free Airport (Extension of Laws) (No. 2) Regulations 1978.

2. The Control of Exports (Southern Rhodesia) Order, 1978 ( S.I. No. 164 of 1978 ), shall extend to the Customs-free Airport.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of these regulations is to extend to the Customs-free Airport at Shannon the Control of Exports (Southern Rhodesia) Order, 1978.
