Repeal. |
8.—(1) Subsections (1) and (2) and (5) to (13) of section 6 of the Dairy Produce (Amendment) Act, 1941 , are hereby repealed. | |
(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1) of this section, a person who but for that subsection would have been liable to pay a fee under a provision repealed by that subsection shall be liable to pay any such fee unpaid by him at the passing of this Act and shall also be liable to pay a further fee under such a provision in respect of the period commencing on the 1st day of January, 1979, and ending at the passing of this Act, and section 6 of the Dairy Produce (Amendment) Act, 1941 , shall be construed accordingly. |
