Information as regards supply of milk.

10.—(1) An inspector or an authorised officer may require the owner or the person in charge of a herd to furnish to him the name and address of any dairy produce manufacturer, milk pasteuriser, milk bottler or other person by whom milk is sold or offered for sale and who, in any case, is for the time being receiving or has, on any day specified by the inspector or officer, received a supply of milk from the herd.
