2.—The following paragraph is hereby substituted for paragraph (b) (inserted by the Broadcasting Authority (Amendment) Act, 1976 ) of section 23 (2) of the Principal Act: | |
“(b) shall not exceed twenty-five million pounds in the aggregate,”. |
