		S.I. No. 15 of 1979.
		THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT STAFF NEGOTIATIONS BOARD (ESTABLISHMENT) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1979.
		The Minister for the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3 of the Local Government Services (Corporate Bodies) Act, 1971 (No. 6 of 1971) hereby orders as follows:— 1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government Staff Negotiations Board (Establishment) (Amendment) Order, 1979. 2. The Local Government Staff Negotiations Board (Establishment) Orders, 1971 and 1975 and this Order may be cited together as the Local Government Staff Negotiations Board (Establishment) Orders, 1971 to 1979. 3. Article 4 of the Local Government Staff Negotiations Board (Establishment) Order, 1971 is hereby amended by the substitution for sub-article (1) of the following sub-article:—
		"(1) The Board shall consist of not more than ten and not less than six qualified persons appointed by the Council in accordance with the requirements of this Article and such officers of the Department of the Environment appointed by the Minister, as the Minister may determine from time to time and such officers of the Department of Health appointed by the Minister on the nomination of the Minister for Health, as the Minister may determine from time to time."

		EXPLANATORY NOTE.
		The purpose of this Order is to provide for alterations in the provisions of the Local Government Staff Negotiations Board (Establishment) Order, 1971 relating to the constitution of the Local Government Staff Negotiations Board.
