COMPANIES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1977 (DESIGNATION OF STOCK EXCHANGE NOMINEE) REGULATIONS, 1979.

I, DESMOND O'MALLEY, Minister for Industry, Commerce and Energy, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 1 (1) of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 1977 (No. 31 of 1977), hereby make the following Regulations:—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) Act, 1977 (Designation of Stock Exchange Nominee) Regulations, 1979.

2. SEPON Limited is hereby designated as a nominee of a recognised stock exchange for the purposes of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 1977 (No. 31 of 1977).

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The Regulations designate Sepon Limited as a nominee of a recognised stock exchange for the purposes of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 1977 .
