CORAS BEOSTOIC AGUS FEOLA ACT, 1979. (ESTABLISHMENT DAY) ORDER, 1979.

I, JAMES GIBBONS, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Coras Beostoic agus Feola Act, 1979 (No. 25 of 1979), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Coras Beostoic agus Feola Act, 1979 (Establishment Day) Order, 1979.

2. The 1st day of October, 1979, is hereby appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Coras Beostoic agus Feola Act, 1979 (No. 25 of 1979).

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order prescribes 1 October 1979 as the establishment day for the purposes of the Act. These purposes include the establishment of Coras Beostoic agus Feola and the dissolution of Coras Beostoic agus Feola Teoranta.
