OCCASIONAL TRADING ACT, 1979 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1979

I, DESMOND O'MALLEY, Minister for Industry, Commerce and Energy, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 13 of the Occasional Trading Act, 1979 (No. 35 of 1979), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Occasional Trading Act, 1979 (Commencement) Order, 1979.

2. The 19th day of December, 1979 is hereby fixed as the day on which the Occasional Trading Act, 1979 (No. 35 of 1979), shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The purpose of the Order is to bring the Occasional Trading Act, 1979 into operation with effect from 19th December, 1979.
