16.—(1) Section 5 (2) of the Act of 1967 is hereby amended by the substitution for the Table thereto (inserted by the Act of 1979 and varied by the Regulations of 1979) of the Table to this section.
(2) This section shall come into operation on the 7th day of April, 1980.
