Application of section 14 (3) of the Agriculture (An Foras Talúntais) Act, 1958, to the Estate. |
2.—Notwithstanding the provisions of section 9 of the Act of 1959, section 14 (3) of the Agriculture (An Foras Talúntais) Act, 1958 , shall apply to— | |
(a) such part or parts of the Estate as are defined on the deposited map by being coloured green, and | ||
(b) such part or parts of the Estate as may be leased from time to time to the State. |
