Remuneration etc. of chief officer of Company.

10.—There shall be paid by the Company to its chief officer (whether so described or otherwise) such remuneration and allowances for expenses as the Company thinks fit, subject to the approval of the Minister given with the consent of the Minister for the Public Service.
