Repeals. |
32.—(1) The enactments mentioned in column (2) of Part I of the Schedule to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent mentioned in column (3) of that Schedule. | |
(2) The enactments mentioned in column (2) of Part II of the said Schedule are, as on and from the commencement of section 17 of this Act, hereby repealed to the extent mentioned in column (3) of that Schedule. |
