Payment of levy into Social Insurance Fund and to Minister. |
24.—(1) Levy payable pursuant to section 16 or 17 of this Act shall be paid into the Social Insurance Fund. | |
(2) All sums paid into the Social Insurance Fund under subsection (1) of this section, and all sums collected under section 18 of this Act, shall be paid to the Minister and shall be paid by him into the Exchequer. |
