SOCIAL WELFARE (CONSOLIDATION) ACT, 1981 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1981.

I, MICHAEL WOODS, Minister for Social Welfare, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 310 of the Social Welfare (Consolidation) Act, 1981 (No. 1 of 1981), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Social Welfare (Consolidation) Act, 1981 (Commencement) Order, 1981.

2. The Social Welfare (Consolidation) Act, 1981 (No. 1 of 1981), shall come into operation on the 28th day of February, 1981.
