S.I. No. 313/1981 - Trade Union Act 1941 (Revocation of Negotiation Licence) (No. 5) Order, 1981.
I, LIAM KAVANAGH, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 17 of the Trade Union Act, 1941 (No. 22 of 1941), and the Labour (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1966 ( S.I. No. 164 of 1966 ), and being satisfied that the holder of the negotiation licence hereinafter referred to has ceased to be an authorised trade union within the meaning of the said Act, hereby order as follows:— | ||||||||
1. This Order may be cited as the Trade Union Act 1941, (Revocation of Negotiation Licence) (No. 5) Order 1981. | ||||||||
2. This Order shall come into operation on the 28th day of August 1981. | ||||||||
3. The Negotiation Licence granted to the National Society of Brushmakers on the 27th day of September, 1943, is hereby revoked. | ||||||||

The effect of this Order is to revoke the negotiation licence which was granted to the National Society of Brushmakers on 27th September, 1943. |
