S.I. No. 421/1981 - Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora (Hours of Business) (Temporary) Regulations, 1981.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by Section 4 of the Vital Statistics and Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act, 1952 (No. 8 of 1952), hereby makes the following Regulations—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Oifig an ArdChlátaitheora (Hours of Business) (Temporary) Regulations, 1981.

2. The 28th day of December, 1981 shall be regarded as a public holiday for the purposes of articles 2 and 3 of the Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora (Hours of Business) Regulations, 1974 ( S.I. No. 112 of 1974 ).
