Amendment of section 23 Landlord and Tenant (Ground Rents) (No. 2) Act, 1978. |
2.—In relation to any application under Part III of the Landlord and Tenant (Ground Rents) (No. 2) Act, 1978 , made on or after the 1st day of August, 1983, section 23 (1) (which relates to certain fees to be taken in the Land Registry) of that Act shall have effect as if there were substituted “£15” for “£5” in paragraph (a) and “£36” for “£12” in paragraph (b). |
