10.—(1) The Act of 1955 shall be construed and have effect subject to subsections (1) and (2) of section 8 of this Act. | |
(2) Section 373 (2) of the Act of 1894 shall be construed and have effect subject to subsections (1) and (2) of section 8 of this Act. |
