Payments to Commission of European Communities in fulfilment of certain undertakings.
|
2.—There shall be paid out of the Central Fund or the growing produce thereof such amounts as may be necessary to enable payments to be made to the Commission of the European Communities in fulfilment of—

(a) the undertaking given on the 2nd day of October, 1984, on behalf of the Government to place at the disposal of the Commission of the European Communities the amount in the form of reimbursable advances specified as regards the State in the undertaking, or
|
|
| |
(b) any other undertaking which is given, within the period beginning on the commencement of this Act and ending on the 31st day of December, 1985, on behalf of the Government to place at the disposal of the said Commission an amount specified in respect of the State in the undertaking and whose form is specified in the undertaking.
