Subscriptions to designated investment funds to be accepted on and subject to terms and conditions specified in prospectus. |
8.—Subscriptions to a designated investment fund shall, and shall only, be accepted on or subject to the terms and conditions specified in the relevant prospectus pursuant to the requirements of section 4 (1) of this Act, and any agreement purporting to amend or to exclude or partly exclude the application of any term or condition which by virtue of this section applies in relation to any such acceptance shall be void. |
