Repeals. |
19.—The following are hereby repealed— | |
(a) sections 8, 12(4), 15, 20, 21 and 25 of the Principal Act, | ||
(b) section 10 of the Road Transport Act, 1934 , | ||
(c) section 115 of the Transport Act, 1944 , | ||
(d) Road Transport Act, 1956 , | ||
(e) sections 5 and 6 of the Road Transport Act, 1971 , | ||
(f) sections 6(1) to 6(5) and section 9 of the Act of 1978. |
