Short title, collective citation and construction. |
1.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Restrictive Practices (Amendment) Act, 1987. | |
(2) The Principal Act and sections 10 to 23 of this Act may be cited together as the Restrictive Practices Acts, 1972 and 1987, and shall be construed together as one. | ||
(3) The Act of 1978 and sections 24 , 25 and 26 of this Act may be cited together as the Mergers, Take-overs and Monopolies (Control) Acts, 1978 and 1987, and shall be construed together as one. |
