Orders under sections 9 and 24 (2) (a) (ii). |
25.—Whenever the Minister makes an order in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 9 or section 24 (2) (a) (ii) of this Act, section 4 (3) of the Principal Act shall apply to such an order as it applies to a regulation made under the Principal Act and accordingly— | |
(a) each of the references in the said subsection (3) to a regulation shall be construed as including a reference to an order under section 9 or section 24 (2) (a) (ii), as the case may be, of this Act, and | ||
(b) section 4 (4) of the Principal Act shall not be construed as applying to any such order. |
