Definitions. |
1.—In this Act— | |
“the Act of 1982” means the Electricity (Supply) (Amendment) Act, 1982 ; | ||
“the Board” means the Electricity Supply Board; | ||
“the Minister” means the Minister for Energy; | ||
“Moneypoint” means the property of the Board at Moneypoint, in the county of Clare; | ||
“the Principal Act” means the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1927 . |
