STATE GUARANTEES ACT, 1954 (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE) ORDER, 1989.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 9 of the State Guarantees Act, 1954 (No. 9 of 1954), hereby make the following order:

1. This Order may be cited as the State Guarantees Act, 1954 (Amendment of Schedule Order, 1989).

2. The Schedule to the State Guarantees Act, 1954 (No. 9 of 1954), is hereby amended by the deletion in the second column of "Irish Potato Marketing Co. Ltd".
