CORK DISTRICT MILK BOARD (ELECTION DAY, 1989) ORDER, 1989.

I, MICHAEL O'KENNEDY, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 11 (2) of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 (No. 43 of 1936) (as adapted by the Agriculture (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1987 ( S.I. No. 97 of 1987 )), hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Cork District Milk Board (Election Day, 1989) Order, 1989.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The 27th day of November, 1989 is hereby appointed to be an election day in respect of the Cork District Milk Board.
