FOWL PEST (INFECTED AREA) (No. 2) ORDER, 1989 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1989.

I, MICHAEL O'KENNEDY, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Article 11 of the Fowl Pest Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Fowl Pest (Infected Area) (No. 2) Order, 1989 (Revocation) Order, 1989.

2. The Fowl Pest (Infected Area) (No. 2) Order, 1989 ( S.I. No. 260 of 1989 ) is hereby revoked.

GIVEN under my Official Seal this 20th day of November, 1989.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
